Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of nfteam.eu and any informational material we publish (writing, the media kit, this website). They do not, by themselves, create a contract for services — paid engagements with NFTeam are always governed by a separate signed statement of work.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

NFTeam s.r.o. is a software studio registered in Slovakia and operating day-to-day out of Budapest. References to “NFTeam,” “we,” “us,” and “our” throughout these terms refer to the company.

The site is publicly available. You can browse anonymously, read the work, and send a brief through the contact form. To submit a brief, you must be at least 18 years old or, if you're writing on behalf of a company, you must be authorised to do so.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract the site's contents at volumes that interfere with normal operation.
• Use the contact form for spam, abusive messages, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our writing, code, or visual identity without written permission, except as expressly permitted in the media kit.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security, infrastructure, or any third-party service it depends on.

We reserve the right to block access, refuse service, or report abuse to the appropriate authorities where these limits are breached.

Where you have signed an engagement letter, statement of work, NDA, master services agreement, or any other written contract with NFTeam, the terms of that document take precedence over anything written here. These site terms fill in the gaps; they don't override a signed agreement.

The contents of nfteam.eu — including writing, screenshots, code samples, visual identity, and the layout itself — are the intellectual property of NFTeam unless otherwise attributed.

You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source. You may use logo, wordmark, and brand assets only as permitted by the media kit guidelines.

For paid engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless your statement of work specifies otherwise. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio (your name and a short description of the scope), unless we've agreed to an NDA.

Pre-existing code, open-source dependencies, and reusable internal libraries remain ours and are licensed to you under their respective terms for use within the deliverable.

Anything you share with us during an enquiry or engagement that is reasonably understood to be confidential — internal plans, financial figures, technical details, customer information — is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it without your written permission, except as required by law.

Where appropriate, we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before substantive discussions begin.

Fees for paid engagements are set in the relevant statement of work. Unless stated otherwise: invoices are issued in EUR by NFTeam s.r.o. (IČO 50 599 500), payable within 14 days of invoice date; late payments accrue statutory interest under Slovak law; work may be paused on overdue invoices after written notice.

We accept bank transfers and selected stablecoins (USDC on Ethereum or Solana). Currency conversion, transfer fees, and banking costs are borne by the payer.

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We aim for accurate information but do not warrant that the site is free of errors, omissions, or interruptions, or that links and resources remain available.

For paid engagements, the warranties we offer are limited to those set out in the applicable statement of work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFTeam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability arising from use of this site is limited to €100. Liability under paid engagements is governed by the relevant statement of work.

The site links to third-party websites and integrates with third-party services (analytics, the contact form provider, the host). We are not responsible for the contents, privacy practices, or availability of these third parties; consult their terms separately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is unacceptable to you, please stop using the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic with competence over the registered office of NFTeam s.r.o.
