Referral program.

If you introduce a new client to NFTeam and we ship a paid engagement together, you receive 10% of the total project value as a commission.

No fine print on minimum project size, no tiered structures, no expiry. One referral, one engagement, one cheque.

The program is open to anyone aged 18 or older, as well as legal entities. We welcome referrals from past clients, current collaborators, fellow studios, and individuals who simply know our work.

You don't need to be a registered partner or fill in a form first. Introduce someone over email, in a Discord DM, or in person — the introduction is the only thing that needs to exist.

Two ways. The first: introduce us directly to the prospect, copying [email protected] on the thread. The second: send us the prospect's contact details ahead of an outreach. Either way, the moment we have the introduction on file, the referral is recorded.

Referrals must be for clients who haven't previously contacted NFTeam in the prior 6 months. Pre-existing leads are not eligible.

A referral is successful when the introduced client signs a paid engagement with NFTeam and pays the first invoice. Free consultations, scoping calls, and unpaid pitch work do not trigger a commission.

The 10% commission is calculated on the total project value invoiced — i.e., our fees only, exclusive of pass-through costs, taxes, and any third-party expenses billed at cost.

We pay commissions in two tranches: 50% within 14 days of the first invoice being paid, and the remaining 50% within 14 days of the final invoice. This way you start seeing money as soon as the engagement is real, not at the very end.

Payment methods: bank transfer (preferred, EU and international) or stablecoin (USDC on Ethereum or Solana). Your choice. Minimum payout threshold is the equivalent of $1, which exists only as a formality.

You can refer as many clients as you like. Each successful introduction generates its own commission, calculated separately. There is no cap.

If two referrers introduce the same prospect, the first introduction received on our side is the one credited. We will tell you if your introduction duplicates an earlier one.

As a referrer, you may be exposed to information about the engagement (scope, timeline, occasionally pricing). We ask that you keep this information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the referral. Any wider sharing requires written consent.

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commissions you receive. We will issue a corresponding payment record, but we do not withhold tax or provide tax advice. If you are a registered business, please invoice us (NFTeam s.r.o., IČO 50 599 500, DIČ 21 2040 8719) for the commission so we can settle through normal accounting.

We won't pay commissions on engagements that result from public outreach you didn't coordinate with us, on referrals where the introduction was made after the client was already in contact with us, or in cases where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or astroturfing.

We'll always tell you the reason if a referral is declined.

We may update or end this program at any time. Any change applies only to new referrals registered after the change is published. Commissions already accrued under previous terms remain payable under those terms.

This program is governed by Slovak law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic with competence over the registered office of NFTeam s.r.o. (Komárno, Slovenská republika).

Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
