"Company" refers to NFTeam s.r.o.

"Participant" refers to any individual or entity participating in the referral program.

"Referred Client" means a new client introduced to the Company by a Participant.

The program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and legal entities.

Participants must register with the Company and obtain a unique referral code before making any referrals.

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any registration at its sole discretion.

Referrals must be for new clients not previously engaged with the Company.

The Participant must use their unique referral code when submitting a referral.

The Company maintains sole discretion in determining the validity of referrals.

Participants shall receive a commission of 10% of the total project value for successful referrals.

A referral is deemed successful upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment from the Referred Client.

Commissions shall be processed within 14 days of project completion.

A minimum payout threshold of $1 (or equivalent) applies to all commission payments.

The Company reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

Participants are permitted to make an unlimited number of referrals.

Each valid referral that results in a successful project completion shall be eligible for commission.

Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and project information.

Participants are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from commissions earned.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the program will be communicated to Participants via our communication channels.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program.

These terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Slovakia.

Any disputes arising from this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
